About Me
I'm Tim Barber and since 2015 I have been running Real Yorkshire Tours - offering chauffeur guided small group tours for visitors to Yorkshire. In 2018 I was lucky enough to be awarded a Visit Britain Discover England Fund grant to market an offering to provide packaged tours to the overseas travel trade.

Having run a marketing agency for 20 years, I decided a change of direction was needed and I spent 18 months training as a Blue Badge Yorkshire Guide with the Institute of Tourist Guiding.
I have a degree from Leeds University in Geography & Geology as well as a passion for history, good food & drink, sport and culture.

I live close to the Yorkshire Dales with my wife, two kids and my black labrador Bronte.
